Parents must log into their Ascender Parent Portal and go through the process for each child enrolled at Central Heights ISD. Students will NOT be given a schedule or class assignments until this process is completed.
***The registration process is very difficult to complete on a cell phone ... we highly recommend you use a computer or tablet. The Nacogdoches Public Library has computers or you can stop by any campus office during summer office hours to use a Chromebook.
***Summer office hours are Mon-Thurs: 8 am to 3 pm.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:Â
- Parents MUST be on the unique website for CHISD - link can be found in ParentSquare or on the CHISD Website or click the link below.
- ONLY the parent that is listed as the primary contact, has access to complete this process. If you can not click on the registration button, you probably are not the primary parent or there could be an issue with your email address.
- Ascender recently changed the password requirements for all accounts, meaning if you are prompted to change your password or you have to reset your password because you forgot it, you MUST follow the new guidelines:

Password Length: Between 16 and 46 characters
- Must include at least one of each:
- Uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Lowercase letter (a-z)
- Number (0-9)
- At least one allowed special character
