Location: Central Heights Elementary Office
Who: Future Blue Devils (Age 5 by Sept. 1, 2026). In-district and transfer applicants welcome.

What to Bring:

Original Birth Certificate & Social Security Card
Current Immunization Records
Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Proof of Residence (Electric bill with physical address and guardian name)

Note: Out-of-district applicants must also complete a transfer application, available in the office on March 6th.
