The CHISD 2018-2019 Student Transfer Policy and Application will be posted to the CHISD website after April 1, 2018.

Child’s Certified Birth Certificate(From the Court House)
Current Shot Record
Parent’s Driver’s License(Must match the phycial address of proof of residence)
Proof of Central Heights Residence(Proof must come from electric or water company)
Head Start Pre-K Only – You will also need to bring either 3 current pay stubs or 2017 Tax Return.
* Pre-K must qualify for Head Start
** Only in-district students are accepted for Pre-K
*** Packets must be complete with ALL documentation before your child will be considered for enrollment.
